Who we are

Fluxer Platform AB is a Swedish limited liability company building a communication platform designed to put users first. We believe a chat platform should work for the people who use it, and that privacy, safety, and respect for users aren't things to be traded away for growth.

How we sustain Fluxer — our business model

We think you should understand how the platform you use makes money, because a company's business model determines whose interests it ends up serving.

Our revenue comes from optional premium subscriptions (Fluxer Plutonium). Users who want enhanced features can subscribe; users who don't want to pay use Fluxer for free with a generous feature set. That's the entire model.

We don't sell advertising. We don't sell, rent, licence, or monetise user data. We don't broker data to third parties. We don't train AI models on user content. We have no advertising partnerships, no data broker relationships, and no plans to build any of these. These are binding commitments described in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

This means our incentives line up with yours: we succeed when the platform is good enough that people choose to support it, not when we extract maximum data from our users to sell to advertisers.

Since Fluxer Platform AB is established in Sweden (an EU Member State), no separate legal representative is required under DSA Article 13.

Hampus Kraft is the primary contact for all privacy and data protection matters. We keep under review whether our processing activities require us to appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO) under GDPR Article 37, and we summarise that ongoing assessment in our Privacy Policy.

Communication security

Fluxer will never ask for your password, complete payment card details, or other sensitive security credentials via email. All official Fluxer emails and communications come from email addresses ending in @fluxer.app or a subdomain of fluxer.app (such as @m.fluxer.app).

Please be careful about phishing attempts using similar-looking domain names or requesting sensitive information. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from Fluxer, don't click any links or provide any information. Instead, contact us directly at support@fluxer.app.
