You cannot change your date of birth on Fluxer, and our support team cannot change it for you either. The date you enter when you sign up stays on your account.
Correcting a date of birth would mean checking proof of your age, and we do not want to handle your ID. So we do not offer corrections at all.
We never accept ID
We will never ask you for a photo or scan of your ID, passport or driving licence, a selfie, a video of your face, or any other document to prove your age. We do not accept them either. This applies to date of birth changes, age appeals and everything else.
Please do not send one. If you send one anyway, we delete it and do not use it.
Anyone who asks you for ID on behalf of Fluxer is not us. Report it to support@fluxer.com.
If you entered the wrong date
Your account keeps working with the date you entered. If that date makes you younger than 18, age-restricted content stays unavailable on that account. See minimum age requirements for how your age is used.
