How to tell that an email from Fluxer is genuine and safe to open.

If you get an email from an address ending in @m.fluxer.com, it's from Fluxer and safe to open.

Our email addresses

We own the m.fluxer.com domain and use it to send official emails about your Fluxer account, such as sign-in codes, security alerts and account notices. Older emails may come from @m.fluxer.app, which we also own. When you reply to one of our emails, your message goes to our support team at support@fluxer.com.

Fake emails

Fluxer will never ask for your password or payment details by email. If an email says it's from Fluxer but comes from any other address, don't open its links or reply to it. Forward it to support@fluxer.com instead.
