Everyone signs in on the same screen. Enter your email to see the next step.
Sign in with your email
- Go to web.fluxer.app/login, or open the Fluxer app.
- Enter your email and continue.
- If your account has a password, enter it. If not, we email you a 6-digit code.
The emailed code is only for accounts without a password. If your account has one, you always sign in with it, and "Forgot your password?" emails you a reset link.
A code works once and for 10 minutes. If it doesn't arrive, check spam or ask for a new one after 30 seconds. Emails from Fluxer lists the addresses our codes come from.
If no account uses the email you enter, the same screen goes on to create a new account for you. Create a Fluxer account explains how signing up with your email works.
Passwords, passkeys and two-factor authentication
- If you added a passkey, your device may offer it when you select the email field.
- If your account has two-factor authentication turned on, Fluxer always asks for your second factor after the emailed code or your password, before you're signed in.
Unclaimed accounts
An account you started with only a name is unclaimed. It has no email to sign in with and works only on the device where you made it. To use it anywhere else, add an email and sign in with it. Claim your account explains how, and what happens if you sign out first.
Confirming it's you
Some changes, like deleting your account or changing your email, ask you to confirm it's you. If your account doesn't have a password, we email you a code for that. If two-factor authentication is turned on, you always confirm with your second factor.
Older versions of the apps
Older apps have separate sign-in and sign-up forms that need a password. If your account has none, update the app or set one with "Forgot your password?" on the old form.
